During peak periods, processing hundreds of machines daily, I honed my skills in efficiency and prioritizing quality, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize rooms for swift and effective equipment movement.
Transitioning into the IT realm, my responsibilities expanded to managing portions, backup tapes, and resetting user accounts. Recognizing the inefficiencies in decentralized UK IT purchasing, I introduced a centralized process. This streamlined ordering from agreed suppliers, ensuring not only cost-effectiveness but also consistent service standards that aligned with business criteria.
